Terms & Conditions

By submitting any order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions in accordance with Articles 197 and following of the Code of Obligations.

Delivery

Charges are based on weight (DPD - BRT - EuroExpress) or on the volume (Fedex) so the customer always knows the final shipping costs.
The online shop calculates shipping costs automatically.
Delivery includes insurance cover.

Upon receiving a parcel, we strongly encourage customers to check the goods before signing for in perfect condition. If the customer has signed for a parcel in perfect condition, but goods inside are damaged, we cannot accept liability for damaged parts.
Checking the state of parts remains the customer's responsibility: damaged parcels must be marked when accepting delivery.

Purchasing Terms & Conditions

OFP Commerce Sagl endeavor to hold most items in stock. When an order is placed online, but the item is out of stock, OFP Commerce Sagl do the best to deliver it as soon as possible on the base of the delivery times of the suppliers.
The customer is free to contact the customer service to check availability of an item before order.

Prices
The Customer will see the final price of every item after the login.

All prices are final prices (delivery excluded).
Sometimes delivery cost could be free (special offers).
 

To Order
To place an order using the online store the customer must select the products, add them into the cart and follow the checkout instructions.

The payment service will then process the order. 
For questions, the customer is free to contact the customer service and speak to one of our team members who will be able to assist him in any enquiries or orders.

Refund Policy

The right of withdrawal is valid no later than 10 days from receipt of products and we do not accept used or tested products.

The right of withdrawal is applied only if the product does not reflect the description on the website and the product must be returned including the original packaging.

In case of refund, OFP Commerce Sagl reserves the right to retain the 20% of the order value to cover the management costs.

All products purchased through our site are covered by the warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Defective products will be immediately replaced with new products.

All this of course completely free of charge.

OFP Commerce Sagl work does not carry a warranty, either stated or implied. Individual parts are subject to manufacturers warranty, and are treated on an individual basis.
