Right of Withdrawal and Warranty

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to our office within ten days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. It is possible to send the communication, within the same term, also by telegram or email.

Used products are not accepted.

The right of withdrawal is valid no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

All products purchased through our site are covered by the guarantee offered by the manufacturer.

Defective products will be immediately replaced with new ones. All of course, completely free of charge.

The warranty expires immediately even when dealing with homemade changes to the product by the customer.

All parts subject to wear are excluded from the warranty.
